Suuef Limited, trading as Suuef Tech (“we”, “us”, or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, used, stored and shared when you use our Social Media Video Downloader mobile application (“the App”).
The App enables users to process supported video links and save video content to their devices where they own the content or otherwise have the legal right or permission to download it.
Use of the App does not generally require registration. Users may choose to create an account for certain account-related functionality, including helping us associate and restore subscription access.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
If you choose to register for an account, we may collect information necessary to create and maintain your account, such as:

- authentication information necessary to secure your account.
You can use the App’s general downloading functionality without creating an account.
Video URLs
When you paste or provide a supported video URL, the URL is processed by the App to perform the requested download.
Video URLs are processed through the App and are not collected by us for advertising or profiling purposes.
We do not claim ownership of videos downloaded through the App.
Advertising and technical information
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google AdMob may automatically collect or process certain information, including:
- IP address;
- device identifiers;
- advertising identifiers;
- interactions with advertisements;
- app interaction information;
- diagnostic information; and
- other technical information required to deliver, measure and protect advertising services.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- create and maintain optional user accounts;
- provide App functionality;
- associate eligible subscription access with registered users;
- assist with restoring subscription access;
- maintain the security of accounts and the App;

We do not sell users’ personal information.
4. Optional Accounts and Subscriptions
Users do not need to register for an account to use the App’s general downloading functionality.
Registration is optional and may be used by users who want account-related functionality, including the ability to associate subscription access with their account.
Subscriptions and other eligible digital purchases made through the Android version of the App are processed using Google Play’s billing services.
Payment information is processed by Google. We do not directly receive or store users’ complete credit or debit card details from Google Play transactions.
Device Permissions
Depending on the Android version and features used, the App may request permission to access certain device functionality, such as photos, videos, media, storage or notifications.
These permissions are used only where necessary to provide the relevant App functionality, including saving downloaded videos to the user’s device.
Users can review or change App permissions through their Android device settings.
6. Google AdMob
The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google.
AdMob may process information about your device and your interaction with the App and advertisements to:
- display advertisements;
- measure advertising performance;
- prevent advertising fraud and abuse;
- improve advertising services; and
- provide personalised advertising where permitted and where the required consent has been obtained.

7. Advertising Consent
Depending on your location and applicable privacy legislation, you may be presented with options regarding the use of your information for advertising.
Where required, users in the United Kingdom, European Economic Area, Switzerland and other applicable jurisdictions will be provided with appropriate advertising privacy and consent choices.
Users may be able to choose between personalised and non-personalised advertising where those choices are available and required.
8. Third-Party Social Media Services
The App may process publicly accessible or otherwise authorised links from supported third-party social-media services.
The App does not require users to provide their Facebook, Instagram or X passwords to Suuef Limited for its general downloading functionality.
The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, Instagram, X Corp. or X (formerly Twitter).
All third-party trademarks and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Downloaded Content and Copyright
Users are responsible for the content they choose to download using the App.
The App is intended only for downloading:
- content owned by the user;
- content for which the user has obtained permission;
- content that is lawfully available for downloading; or
- content the user otherwise has a legal right to download.
Users must not use the App to infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
Suuef Limited does not encourage, authorise or condone copyright infringement.
10. Data Sharing
We may share or allow information to be processed by service providers where necessary to operate the App.
This includes Google in connection with AdMob advertising and Google Play services.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process or a valid governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, our company or others.
We do not sell users’ personal information.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant services, maintain accounts, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
Users who create an account may request deletion of their account and associated personal information, subject to information we are legally required or permitted to retain.

Downloaded videos stored locally on a user’s device can be deleted by the user through their device.
13. Children’s Privacy
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children contrary to applicable data protection laws.
If we discover that personal information from a child has been collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to us may contact us.
